Policy starter
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may lose the booking deposit or require prepayment before a new appointment is confirmed.
Deposit starter
A deposit may be required to reserve longer services or peak-time slots. The deposit is applied to the appointment total and may be forfeited when the notice window is missed.
Late arrival starter
If you arrive late, the service may be shortened to protect the next client. If there is not enough time to complete the service safely, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Reminder starter
Your appointment is confirmed for tomorrow. Reply as early as possible if your schedule changed so the slot can be offered to another client.
Pushback reply starter
I understand plans can change. The policy exists because each appointment reserves time that is difficult to refill with short notice.
