Tutoring sessions depend on reserved prep time, student availability, and recurring schedules. A clear cancellation and make-up rule helps protect paid teaching time while staying reasonable for families.
Starter wording
Please reschedule at least 24 hours before the lesson. Lessons cancelled late or missed without notice may count as used unless a make-up exception is approved.
Make-up rule
Make-up lessons are offered when notice is given before the cutoff and a suitable time is available within the current package or billing period.
Reminder wording
Your tutoring session is confirmed. Reply early if the student cannot attend so the plan and materials can be adjusted.
