24-hour confirmation

Best for: normal bookings where the slot can still be offered to another client.
Same-day reminder
Your appointment is today at [time]. Please arrive on time so the full service can be completed.
Best for: salons, massage rooms, tutoring sessions, and trainers with back-to-back bookings.
Deposit reminder
Your appointment is confirmed for [date/time]. The booking deposit is applied to your total when you attend. Please reschedule before the notice window if your plans change.
Late-arrival reminder
