Photo sessions often involve prep time, reserved locations, limited light, and stacked appointment slots. Clear retainer and reschedule wording helps protect the booking without sounding cold.
Retainer wording
A retainer may be required to reserve your session date and time. The retainer applies to the final session balance when you attend the appointment.
Reschedule window
Please request reschedules at least 48 hours before the session. Late reschedule requests may require a new retainer when the original time cannot be rebooked.
Mini session rule
Mini sessions run on a fixed schedule. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time, and missed mini sessions may not be eligible for a make-up slot.
