Tattoo booking policy
Tattoo appointment deposit policy template
Tattoo appointments are high-friction bookings: design prep, chair time, artist availability, and client readiness all matter. Clear deposit and reschedule wording helps protect the schedule before a missed appointment turns into lost revenue.
Deposit wording
A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment and begin design preparation. The deposit applies to the final tattoo price when you attend the booked appointment.
Reschedule window
Please request reschedules at least 72 hours before the appointment. Late reschedules may require a new deposit when the time cannot be rebooked.
Late arrival rule
Arriving late may reduce tattoo time or require a new appointment if the remaining slot is not enough for the planned work.
Client reply starter
I understand plans change. The deposit protects design prep and chair time reserved for your tattoo, while the reschedule window gives us a fair way to adjust when notice is possible.
Draft a tattoo deposit rule
Email your appointment type, deposit amount, reschedule window, and current booking issue for a free first draft. If one avoided no-show would cover the USD 29 custom pack, join the waitlist. No payment is requested now.
