Makeup booking policy
Makeup artist cancellation policy template
Makeup bookings often reserve prep time, a travel window, and a date that cannot be replaced quickly. Use this starter to make deposits, reschedules, and late arrivals easier to explain before the appointment.
Deposit wording
A deposit may be required to reserve your makeup appointment or trial. The deposit applies to the booked service when the appointment is completed as scheduled.
Reschedule window
Please request changes at least 48 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may require a new deposit before another date is held.
Late arrival rule
Late arrivals may shorten the service or require rescheduling if the remaining time is not enough to complete the look safely and professionally.
Client reply starter
I understand schedules can shift. The policy protects the prep time and calendar slot reserved for your booking while still allowing changes when enough notice is given.
