Starter wording
Please give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may lose the deposit or be charged a fee before booking again.
Color appointment rule
Color corrections, extensions, and long services may require a deposit because they reserve a larger block of chair time.
Reminder wording
Your appointment is confirmed. Please reply today if your time needs to change so the slot can be released.
Rebooking rule
After repeated no-shows, require prepayment or a deposit before accepting a new appointment.
