Cancellation wording
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may require a new booking deposit before another appointment is confirmed.
Deposit wording
A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. When you attend as scheduled, the deposit can be applied to the service according to the policy shown before booking.
Late arrival rule
Late arrivals may shorten the service or require rescheduling if there is not enough time to complete the treatment safely and without delaying the next client.
