Paid consultations and coaching calls reserve focused prep and calendar time. Clear reschedule and no-show wording prevents awkward follow-up when a client misses the call or asks to move it at the last minute.
Reschedule wording
Please request changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation so the time can be reallocated or prep can be adjusted.
No-show rule
If a client misses a confirmed consultation without notice, the session may count as used or require a new booking before another call is scheduled.
Prepaid call rule
For prepaid sessions, late cancellations can be handled according to the notice window shown before booking.

Your consultation is confirmed. Please reply early if the time no longer works so we can keep the project moving.
