NoShowGuard is an operational planning tool for appointment-based businesses. Calculator outputs, cancellation language, deposit suggestions, and reminder templates are estimates and examples.
Free tools and requests
Calculator outputs depend on the values entered and are not audited financial results. A free first draft is one short operational starting point for one selected issue. It is not the full custom pack, legal review, platform configuration, or a promise of a result or delivery time.
A USD 29 waitlist request is an expression of interest only. It is not an order, reservation, price lock, payment authorization, or promise that the paid beta will open.
Paid beta gate
NoShowGuard is not accepting payment through the current site. If the paid beta opens, the customer must see and accept the seller identity, exact one-service scope, price and currency, delivery window, support contact, refund wording, and operational-not-legal disclaimer before payment.
NoShowGuard is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or consumer-protection advice. Local rules, platform terms, card network rules, and client contracts may affect whether a fee, deposit, or cancellation rule is appropriate.
Generated deposit, fee, prepayment, and non-refundable wording must be reviewed against local rules and booking-platform terms before use. NoShowGuard does not guarantee enforceability, revenue recovery, or no-show prevention.
The proposed paid beta scope, when enabled, is one custom cancellation policy, deposit rule, late-arrival rule, reminder sequence, and one pushback reply for one appointment service, delivered manually by email. It excludes legal review, tax or accounting advice, platform approval or setup, chargeback handling, debt collection, multi-location work, automated messaging, and guaranteed no-show reduction.
