NoShowGuard collects the minimum information needed to operate the beta: email address, business type, rough appointment volume, optional message content, and local calculation event data.
NoShowGuard does not collect payment card data, client lists, calendar credentials, booking platform passwords, API keys, tax IDs, or government identifiers.
Please do not put client names, health information, payment card data, passwords, or booking credentials in a free-draft, waitlist, or support request.
What is submitted
Typing into a form does not by itself place an order. In API mode, submitting a request sends the listed form fields to NoShowGuard; calculations may also create a basic event record containing business type, an estimated monthly-loss amount, acquisition source, and time. In static mode, the site opens a prefilled email and does not submit the request to the lead API.
How data is used and stored
Lead and event records are used to respond to the request, improve the calculator, and deliver a paid pack only after payment is enabled and verified. Backend beta data may be stored in access-controlled CSV files. Static email requests may be manually copied into the beta lead queue by the operator.
NoShowGuard does not sell beta lead details, does not request payment card data in static mode, and does not automatically subscribe requesters to a marketing list. Follow-up is limited to the requested draft, clarification, waitlist, support, or data request context.
Beta support is monitored at victor.ny.relentless@gmail.com. The operating target is to review real beta requests within one business day, with payment-ready requests escalated separately before any payment instruction is sent.
Retention and requests
Beta CSV records are reviewed weekly and should be removed when they are no longer needed for a request, fulfillment, basic accounting, security, or abuse prevention. NoShowGuard does not promise a fixed deletion date while the beta process remains manual.
Access, correction, deletion, complaint, waitlist removal, and support requests can be sent to victor.ny.relentless@gmail.com. A deletion request may be limited where a record must be kept for payment, dispute, accounting, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
