NoShowGuard collects the minimum information needed to operate the beta: email address, business type, rough appointment volume, optional message content, and local calculation event data.
NoShowGuard does not collect payment card data, client lists, calendar credentials, booking platform passwords, API keys, tax IDs, or government identifiers.
Lead and event records are used to respond to beta requests, improve the calculator, and deliver paid packs after payment is enabled. Backend beta data may be stored in CSV files. Static beta requests open a prefilled email to the monitored contact address and may be manually copied into the beta lead queue by the operator.
NoShowGuard does not sell beta lead details, does not request payment card data in static mode, and does not automatically subscribe requesters to a marketing list. Follow-up is limited to the requested draft, clarification, waitlist, support, or data request context.
Beta support is monitored at victor.ny.relentless@gmail.com. The operating target is to review real beta requests within one business day, with payment-ready requests escalated separately before any payment instruction is sent.
Privacy, correction, deletion, complaint, and support requests can be sent to victor.ny.relentless@gmail.com. Beta records should be deleted on request where retention is not required for payment, dispute, accounting, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
